If there was one place that completely exceeded my expectations, it was Jurerê Internacional.
I’ve visited many upscale neighborhoods throughout Brazil, but few compare to the level of planning, cleanliness, and infrastructure found here.
Wide streets, landscaped avenues, excellent restaurants, beach clubs, modern services, and a strong sense of organization create an environment that feels more comparable to premium communities in Europe or North America than what many people might expect from a Brazilian beach destination.
The area is also home to some of the island’s most prestigious gated communities, offering privacy, security, and first-class amenities.
For international buyers who value lifestyle, safety, and convenience, Jurerê Internacional is difficult to overlook.
Canasvieiras: Vibrant, Social, and Full of Energy
Just a short drive away, Canasvieiras offers a completely different atmosphere.
Popular with both domestic and international visitors, this lively beach town combines a beautiful waterfront with a bustling commercial center, restaurants, shops, and year-round activity.
The area has a more traditional Brazilian feel while still benefiting from well-planned infrastructure and a strong tourism economy.
